Ennismore is a global hospitality group that owns and manages design-forward and trendy hotels such as The Hoxton, The Mondrian, and Mama Shelter. They brought me in to design and launch 7 new restaurant websites for their upcoming hotel openings. Working closely with the brand team, I adapted each restaurant’s unique brand identity into cohesive and engaging websites. Below are some examples of my work.

Lora blends authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavours with a contemporary twist. Lora is set to launch in spring 2025 at the SLS Hotel in Barcelona.

Patatino is a lively Italian restaurant inspired by the Amalfi Coast, offering playful decor, theatrical service, and delicious, shareable dishes. Patatino is set to launch in 2025 at the Hoxton Hotel in Edinburgh.
Cosmico Restaurant
Cosmico is a rooftop pool bar with a bohemian atmosphere, offering cocktails, sushi boats, and poolside DJs. Cosmico is set to launch in spring 2025 at the SLS Hotel in Barcelona.
Alassio Restaurant
Alassio is a new Italian restaurant at the Hoxton Hotel in Florence, specialising in grilled fish and seafood. Inspired by the Italian Riviera, the menu features top Italian ingredients and vibrant, celebratory service.
